The ladies got off to a good start in the County Double Rink competition when they came out on top against Victoria winning 56 -

Stef Branfield & Laura Holder have been selected to play in the BIWBC International Series at Llandrindod Wells BC, Wales, from Sunday 18th to Tuesday 20th June 2017.

Laura Holden & Stef Branfield in the Ladies Pairs are continuing to make progress and are now just one match away from a place in the National Finals. The same two players plus Jacqui Branfield are in the same position in the Triples and are also one game away from the Finals to be held at Melton Mowbray at the end of March.

Unfortunately Mark Wood fell at the last fence losing to Robert Paxton of Taunton Deane in the Men’s Singles Area Final, an awesome match, at Street.. Well done in reaching that stage of the competition.
