The social side of bowls.
The club holds a variety of social events throughout the year such as quiz nights, Scottish dancing, sewing, beetle drives, race nights and games nights - all publicised on our social board. With our large club house, fully stocked bar, we are lucky to have space for these enjoyable events. Friends and family are welcome to these events.
The Club supports a charity each year, raising money through its' social events and (of course) a "wrong bias" fine! In 2019 it was the Make a Wish Foundation where we were delighted to donate over £1,000.
We host monthly Sunday lunches throughout the winter months provided by our caterer (who is excellent!). These are hugely popular, a fantastic way to socialise and (of course) simply delicious. Booking is a MUST to avoid disappointment.
